Polished concrete at Hyderabad, India – Transformers manufacturing unit

Project Area 60000 square feet, 3 halls – STATUS: Completed - This project came as referral from one of our alliance partner and also India’s largest Ready Mix Concrete and cement manufacturing Company. Client didn’t have much to ask about our application process and the final finish as he had already seen our previous works completed successfully. The only concern he had was very high abrasion resistance strength on the top surface.

                                                                           Before Application

 The project was then awarded to BGSB to transform it to a spectacular looking super hard floor. We started with our signature system of polishing the concrete floor to achieve a super hard finish using high grade-lithium based penetrating densifiers. The floor is now hard enough take a load of heavy transformers which are at times as big as a two storey house and weighs in tones. This is one of our happiest clients!
