Polished concrete at Hyderabad - Alloys manufacturing unit

Project Area – 15000 square feet, Single Hall – STATUS: COMPLETED - This project came through our web page enquiry. The client’s main concern was high gloss finish without playing around with the strength and hardness of existing concrete floor. This came as a challenge to us, as floor had variations in levels and needed to be grinded to achieve a flat level or else it will look like a floor with waves all over.

                                                                              Before Application

The project was then awarded to BGSB for polishing the concrete surface to its best level. It was done well before timeline and came as overall compliment from the client, apart from a repeat order of their upcoming and other existing manufacturing units. This job was done using 12 different steps of grinding and diamond polishing apart from using special concrete hardeners and water based densifiers to turn it into a dust free floor for ever.
